The Stag Public House: 35 Brook Street, Stotfold

The Stag opened in 1833 and is located at 35 Brook Street. It was home to a microbrewery in the 1990s called Abel Brown's brewerty. The brewery was a 5 barrel plant founded by landlord Ray Rudzki and Dave Plant on the 3 June 1995. The name for the brewery was taken from one of the old landlords.
