Roe's Apprenticeship Charity

In accordance with the terms of the bequest the income from £987 consols was to be applied to apprenticing to any suitable trade children who have attended school for not less that five years, in contributing towards the cost of their outfit when starting their apprenticeship, and also for "the advancement in life of such children".
