How To Pay

We accept card payments by Mastercard, Maestro, Visa or Visa Delta. Online payments need to be made through the Bedford Borough Council payments system by following these instructions:  

Instructions for online payment 

• If necessary you can pay against our invoice (please ask for details) 

• We can issue a receipt (at your request) for any payments you make. 

We can also accept payment by the following methods: 

• Sterling cheques payable to Bedford Borough Council.  

• Cash: It is not advisable to send cash through the post. If you do, the Post Office recommends using the Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Service so that compensation can be claimed in case of loss. Compensation is not payable if any other method of posting is used.
