Hayward Tyler in Japan
Like WH Allen in Bedford, Hayward Tyler of Luton developed strong trading links with Japan.

Hayward Tyler of Luton established a factory in the town in 1872. The company became part of Stone Platt Pumps and then in Oct/Nov 1980 Indian Head Incorporated, 1987 a subsidiary of the Thyssen-Bornemisza Group and 2009 a wholly owned subsidiary of the Niche Engineering Group, Southbank UK PLC.
