  • 1178-1186: Osbert;
  • 1200-1201: Hugh;
  • 1212-1229: Alexander (died in 1229);
  • 1229-1244: William;
  • 1244-1249: Eudo (he had been appointed by the Bishop of Lincoln after the priory had elected Thomas de Kedrington whom the bishop refused to allow as prior due to his palsy and lack of hearing; Eudo subsequently fled to the Cistercian order rather than face the visitation of the Bishop of Lincoln);
  • 1249-1272: Walter de Caddington (former sub-prior of Dunstable Priory; he resigned due to sickness whilst the Bishop of Lincoln was visiting the priory);
