A boundary and drainage ditches, postholes and pits were found. Also found was a flint flake, two querns for grinding corn, slag from iron working, prehistoric pottery fragments including one dating from the Late Neolithic or Early Bronze Age, a late Iron Age pottery sherd, Anglo-Saxon and Norman pottery.
